Here are some known issues at the current time, the developers are working on solutions and should be resolved in the next build. Thank you for your patience.

– IF phones are both on “My Rollodex” screen (Nearby turned on) when the user sharing selects a card, the card can transfer without issue
– IF one phone is not in STAX at the time the user sharing the card selects the card, the transfer fails, likely there is a sync error because the person sharing the card already went to card selection screen before Nearby was turned on, the receiver isn’t sync’ed up with the sender.
– IF receiver is in “Card view Mode” when the sender opens the app to share their card, the transfer can not take place until both iPhones go back “My Rollodex” screen and then the sender selects card they share (again this is a sync issue).
* CAVEATE – IF both phones start out on “My Rollodex” screen and one selects the card to share and shares, THEN the other phone (that WAS the Receiver and now becomes the Sender), the original Sender (now the intended receiver) must go back to “My Rollodex” screen to receive the card.

When transferring iOS to Android
– IF BOTH phones start at “My Rollodex” screen, Android must be changed to “View Card” screen AFTER being sent to receiver
* This seems to be the main problem, need to have the card transfer work even in “My Rollodex” screen
* NOTE: You will see the phone listed in the list of possible phones to share to, so the issue seems to be on the receiver side

– BOTH phones must start in “My Rollodex” screen, Android sender must select the card (“View Card” screen) to be shared and send card
– IF Android closes out (Nearby Re-Initializes) and iOS is on “My Rollodex” screen, the sharing will take place once Android is in “View Card” screen
* NOTE: You will see the phone listed in the list of possible phones to share to, so the issue seems to be on the receiver side

When transferring Android to Android
– BOTH phones must start at “My Rollodex” screen and then BOTH must be changed to “View Card” screen BEFORE the sender can send their card
* This seems to be the main problem, need to have the card transfer work even in “My Rollodex” screen and after switching to “View Card” screen without card being sent again
